 Inventory Management :
o Ensuring the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements
o Ensuring desk stock and physical stock right at Stock Yard and reports accordingly
o Maintain stock keeping to ensure FIFO 100%

 Transportation/Delivery
o Ensuring Vehicles are delivered appropriately to ensure quality during transportation
o Assuring on-time delivery in line with branch/dealer
o Scheduling own trailer or asset maintenance to sustain good working condition

 Service
o Ensuring adequate “Quality control checks” of all vehicle before delivery to dealer are in place
o Monitoring and Prioritize workflow and ensure that PDI process is completed safety, timely, meeting all quality and delivery expectation
o Maintain the highest standards of safety and performance

 Cost Control:
o Monitoring cost effectiveness at LTC and transportation both agency and own team utilization
o Checking and raising insurance claim timely once abnormal or damage found without fails
o Performing other tasks assigned by management

 University degree in Administration, Management or other related field
 At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
 Sound knowledge of security and company general hygiene
 Good teamwork and communication and interpersonal skill
 Honest, Patient, friendly, Initiative and able to work with less supervision
 Proficiency with Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point
 Holding valid driving license is preferable
